As a certified yoga and yamuna body rolling instructor since 2001, it has been a very spiritual and joyful experience to share my love of yoga with others.  Body rolling has deepened my daily yoga practice allowing the body to open even deeper into its full potential.  The current class I teach is within the Cardiac Rehab Program at Vancouver General Hospital.  My class is gentle while encouraging one to challenge yourself to assist you to joyfully move your body and move through your journey of living.
